Kolekole Beach Park

Four miles downstream from Akaka Falls.

Plenty of parking.

This bridge was originally used for sugar cane trains. After the 1946, the rail system was abandoned and the bridge was adapted for auto traffic.

A small pavilion. Camping is allowed here with a permit.

Where the Kaʻahakini stream meets the ocean.
Probably not a safe swimming spot due to currents.
