Do not stray too far from shore- no lifeguards. You may encounter currents beyond 100 yards from shore.

Large tide pool is fun for children. Bring an aquarium net!
There are Hermit Crabs and many small fish to discover.

DIRECTIONS: From Highway 11, turn on Highway 160 at the Honaunau Post Office. Downhill 3 1/2 miles to the City of Refuge / Pu`uhonua o Honaunau.

The one lane, one way road to "Two Step," is just
after
the
entrance to City of Refuge. 
Parking on the shoulder across the street from the one-lane road 
Parking alongside the one lane beach road in front of private residences.
