Kikaua Point Beach | Kukio Beach
Four Seasons / Kaupulehu Beach | Kona Village Beach / Kahuwai Bay
* Long white sand beach.
* Swimming is not great. (Mostly rocks in water; some sand at South end.) As with most Hawaii beaches, there are no lifeguards; always be careful around the ocean.
* Great uncrowded beach for sunbathing
* Turtles often visit beach; please do not touch!
* Restrooms & shower, public access parking lot
* Limited number of parking stalls; one in, one out when lot is full.
* Homes and clubhouse behind beach are private property.
* Just past the South end of the beach is Kikaua Point beach & cove.

Directions: Head North from Kona Airport on Highway 19 / Queen Ka'ahumanu Hwy. About 6 miles from the airport, turn left on Ka'upulehu Drive (2nd left after Kua Bay).
Head stright, towards the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort; stop at the guardshack for a pass; they will direct you to the left for the public lot. Follow the drive through the resort to the public parking lot. From the lot, Kukio Beach is a short walk.
Can also access from Kikaua Beach.
